Rolling Over

I have to admit that I get a little sad when I read these posts of everyone's LO rolling over. DD is going to be 3 months old and hasn't done that yet- and I don't think she's that close to it either Sad I'm really trying to do tummy time more (even though she's still not a fan of it).

Any suggestions to help her out a bit? Anyone else's LO not roll over yet either??

Re: Rolling Over

  • DD hasn't rolled over either. She looks like she's starting to gain interest, but nothing yet. She doesn't even roll to her side anymore.

DD hasn't rolled over and she hates tummy time. Using the boppy helps and I use a mirror or her favorite duck toy to keep her from crying. She lasts only a few minutes.

  • DD kicks her legs up and sort of falls to the side, but not all the way and I don't think it's on purpose.

DD could care less about rolling over, but she keeps attempting to crawl (she can actually scoot herself a little bit!). DS was a late roller.

  • My DD doesn't seem to care to roll over either.  She always focuses on scooting forward when kicking.  I haven't seen a roll over except on my chest, which isn't necessarily a flat surface roll.

  • DD rolled over ONCE about a week ago, but I don't think it was on purpose.  She looked really confused when she landed on her back.

As for those that have LO's attempting to scoot forward, mine just goes in circles.  It's really funny, we'll put her on her tummy and next thing I know she rotating herself around, never forward though.  So cute.
