Mommy Fail!

LO has been sleeping in his crib for 5 days now. It's been a success, he only wakes up 1x in 11-12h, usually between 1-2am.

I woke up at 445am this morning and could hear him through the wall - babbling, not screaming his head off. I checked our monitor, and the battery was dead!  DH told me he came to bed at about 130, so, who knows what time he woke up!!

 

 

I feel so guilty. 

 

Moral of the story:  plug in the monitor when I go to bed to prevent this from happening again!

This happened to me before, only LO was crying DH said he was up 30 min before and didn't hear but I still felt so guilty and cried myself!

We don't have a monitor - if you can hear LO through the wall babbling then I'm sure you chould hear if he cried... crying is much louder than cooing

We didn't get a monitor either, but we have a tiny house, so any noise she makes at all can be heard in any room.

Aw I hate when things like that happen! But remember, as soon as he sees you he doesn't remember why he was crying in the first place!
