Just curious- did you have your kids here? Did you get them dual citizenship?
DH and I are probably going to do this after Calvin arrives because apparently one child is 500 pounds but doing the paperwork for two is only six hundred!
Just wanted to know what to expect or any issues that we may want to be aware of!
Thanks!
Re: MissBollinger
That would be MUCH cheaper.
Let me know if you call. I would have DH do it, but he claims he did and they told him to go online and weren't helpful! I can imagine that but also know if you are persistent they usually find someone (magically!) to answer your questions!

Here it is, I used https://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?act=home for my immi questions and they have a lot of ex-pats that can answer your questions too.
We were able to do everything without an immi lawyer and shaved thousands off the bill.

Thanks!!
Funnily enough DH and I just had to get our congressman involved to help with his greencard situation. They issued a 10 year instead of the 2 year after we got married so it has taken MONTHS to try and resolve it. They acted like it was our fault some how. Anyway, we found out Friday it was approved and in the mail!
We feel a HUGE weight lifted off our shoulders for that.
Now to figure out how to ensure our kiddos can live in either country! Thanks for the info I will keep it for after he gets here!
