I'm glad you all decided to come back! I don't post as much since I'm not at work (but may be again soon, not sure) but I'll try to get on more now.

My name is Lynn, my LO is JT - born 1/6/11. His Christening is on Sunday, I'm having about 90 people here at my home (which isn't huge) so I must be nuts! But it's exciting! He's so darn cute, talks and laughs up a storm, naps like crap and eats like a champ (16 pounds at 4 mo checkup).

So what ever happened to the FB? I read there was a creepy lurker - but what happened?? I don't have FB so never joined.

Glad you all are back!

Nevermind - just caught up in the drama-filled post below about why you all are posting here in addition to/instead of FB (not sure which one it is, not that it matters).

I'm still glad this board is seeing some action.

How was the party? We baptized Miss P on Mother's day and had 50 ppl over after and we have a small house. Lucky for us it was beautiful out and everyone sat outside!

There was a deluge with thunder and lightening the morning of the Christening and I was a nervous wreck - then the sun peeked through and we had a great day! We had people in the house, under the tent we rented, and then in another part of the yard w/no tent. I would have been screwed if it rained!! No way these people could all fit in my house!

I think we got like 10 pics of LO in his outfit though - he hated it. What a waste, I spent a fortune on it. And the priest at the last minute told us to only bring him in a onesie so we didn't even get pics before church!

What a great day though for our LO's!
