You didn't respond to your last post....did you gate check your stroller last time? I can't imagine it getting damaged because they carry it on and off when you gate check it. We gate checked it on 2 flights down and 2 flights back with no problems at all. It was the best thing we did. I would not spend the extra money on renting a stroller and take your own for 100.00!

Weird, I thought I replied. We did gate check it, it's a Bumbleride Indy Twin and they bent the frame, near the back tire. I have a feeling that is what caused my front tire to break, it is very possible that the bolt got cracked when the other part of the frame was bent. I was pretty shocked at what happened too, we collapsed the stroller and I know it is fairly heavy but they had to toss a lot of heavy crap on it to cause it to bend.

I don't really know which stroller you should rent, but I would rather rent one for cheaper than it would cost to bring mine and have to deal with bringing it on the plane.

It would not cost me anything to bring on the plane, DH has Continental Platinum Elite status so that's not an issue but I just am scared of breaking my just fixed stroller!

One of the City one's for sure. I have the BOB and LOVE it but it doesn't fold as nicely as the others and in Orlando you will be folding a lot. I wouldn't get the insurance but that's just me. I took my brand new Maclaren double to Disney World last year and had no problems.
Re: Which stroller
Yeah, those are for the week!

What about picking up a used Maclaren Volo Double (off Craigslist) or other lightweight double. If it gets messed up, you won't care.
But, if I were to pick one of the ones listed--the citi mini double
