Anyone else spotting while on the mini-pill?

Hi Ladies,

 I started the mini-pill last Sunday, and by Friday I had started spotting. Now it seems like I have an actual period. Has anyone else had this happen?

Side note - I am EBF and almost 8w PP. My PP bleeding was pretty much done just before I started taking the mini-pill

I bled through my first and only whole pack.  I talked to my OB and they said that breakthrough bleeding (even more than spotting - mine was like a bright red period for most day, spotting for the other days) is normal through the first three packs!!!  DH and I planned on using condoms too so I stopped taking it so we can actually have sex sometime.

Same thing happened with me had bleeding 2 weeks ago, and started bleeding again.  Has the Essure done so once I know the Essure is effective the mini pill will be stopped.

ME!!  I'm almost done with my second pack, and I'm still spotting ALL.THE.TIME.  Annoying.

Same. Had two 'periods' at 7 weeks and 9 weeks pp and gave up on the stupid pill...
