I've realized that I tend to feel nauseous when I haven't had anything to eat in awhile, which probaby means my blood sugar is down. One of my close friends is a diabetic ad we use to play basketball together in high school, and whe her blood sugar would shoot down during a game, we would give her a small lollipop or a piece of a chocolate bar to bring it up quckly. I tried this, and it works for me. I don't really have full blown M/S, just quesiness when my blood sugar drops, and lately food hasn't sounded appealing to me. So maybe sucking on a hard candy or nibbling on a chocolate piece will helpyour tummy settle, that way you can try and eat some real food.
I'm not sure how reliable this is, but I know how hard M/S can be, so anything is worth trying. Good luck
