Would you buy this? (jogging stroller)

I found this on craigslist and thought it was worth looking into. It's $65; here's the description:

here we have a really nice Zooper "Buddy" jogging stroller. This stroller is seriously sweet with a lot of extras: insulated leg cover/bunting, FULL coverage rain/weather shield, full coverage mosquito net, fully reclining cushioned seat, footrest, large cargo compartment, and more. This stroller will keep your little dude or dudette comfortable and looking sweet in ALL weather and ANY conditions. Hand and parking brakes. MINOR sun fading on the canopy, otherwise in GREAT condition. Only thing better out there is a BOB, and those babies will set you back 500 big ones. This is almost as good, and 1/10th of the price. This is a great stroller, period. Thanks for looking!

Maybe my googling skills suck but I can't find any reviews online. I don't want to buy a new one in case LO doesn't like it and we would only be able to use it 3 days/week. WDYT?

Sorry about that.  Obviously you can't use that.  I just googled Zooper Joggers and hit images and there are tons of them.
