Have you seen HOP or Rio?

I was thinking about letting our Nanny take the dudes see one of these this week while they are on break.

Is it lame or ok for an Easter based animated movie? What about Rio?

We saw Hop. It was ok, but didn't keep my DD's attention very well. Maybe if it had more CGI/cartoon instead of live action it would have.

We plan on seeing Rio this weekend.

go with Rio...I havent seen it yet but I have seen HOP.  It was kinda boring....an Easter Bunny version of the movie Santa Clause.  Michelle totally lost interest many times during the movie.

My parents took the kids to see Rio last weekend and they loved it.  My SIL saw Hop with nephew and she said it was slow.

We took Aiden to see HOP last weekend, I freaking hated it...I actually dozed for about half hour in the middle.  I kind of thought it was a better straight to dvd movie.  H and Aiden really liked it though.
