NIFR: recipe help

Does anyone have a recipe for a casserole that can I can make for BIL and wife? They are not healthy eaters so that part doesn't matter. I am looking for something I don't have to bake and they can either bake it or freeze it when I give it to them.

Tater tot casserole if you really mean when you say they aren't healthy eaters.  I LOVE THIS STUFF.
