Progesterone level in the 2ww

I knew I shouldn't have looked up my stats from Tuesdays blood draw. But I did. Now I'm fretting. My progesterone was only a 5.95 3dp5dt. Dr. Google tells me this is exceptionally low. My doc bumped my crinone from once a day to twice a day and I remember, vaguely, from the teaching visit that with crinone my blood numbers may be lower (since it's predominantly going locally) but that's still really really low.

I should step away from google and think positive thoughts shouldn't I? I go back in Friday for another progesterone/estrogen check. If my numbers are still low it's too late to fix them at 7dp5dt right? At that point implantation should have occurred

If your Dr saw that number and upped your prog supp up, hopefully that will help.  I hope Friday's number goes up more, try not to worry.  Although I know how impossible that can be.  So far, everything has sounded really great from you, and you've had an awesome attitude, don't stop!  I love your positivity!

You are exactly right that the crinone won't register very much in your blood levels, so I'm guessing the doctor has done the exact right thing to make sure you have plenty where you need it.  I'm not good at taking this advice, but I recommend backing slowly away from Dr. Google.  Ditto PP about keeping the positive thoughts up...big (((hugs)))!

This!!!  Your RE has doubled your dose, so try not to worry (hard, I know  Fingers crossed there is some implantation going on!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks ladies. I wind up with this crazy insomnia and suddenly I start googling things and it's like a temporary insanity hits me and I can't stop worrying. I'm finding my happy place this morning and having faith in good outcomes. It helps that DH is up playing the piano before work and that's always so soothing.

As long as your doctor knows the value and changed your meds, TRY not to worry. I know it is hard.  Wishing you the best!!!!!
