We spend a lot of time stomping around in muddy farmyards and woods. DD is going to need a decent pair of boots with a tread. I would prefer to spend less than $40-75 that Hunter and the other big name brands would set us back.
She's a size 9, but I'd probably go for a 10 to last through the fall.
Anyone have a pair of 9 or 10 Hunters or something like them that they want to sell?

We have always had good luck with the kamik brand for snow boots every year, and I saw that they have rubber boots. They are reasonably priced, I think.

Have you tried the ones at Target? We have the Hello Kitty ones for Natalie (and the fireman ones for Ben) - they were $17, I think. I think they have great tread, Natalie wears them all the time.
