Recommendations Requested

I'm looking for a few things and would love to hear from any RI moms and expectant moms about their experiences.

I'm looking for a doula, a prenatal massage therapist, and a chiropractor that will do prenatal work as well as check the baby after it's born.

I would love any recommendations of folks you've worked with in these fields.

I had a prenatal massage at the Uptown spa and salon in westerly.  There's also a really good chiropractor in Dunn's Corners.

Hello! I have a doula recommendation for you: Amanda Morin. She was absolutely wonderful during and after the birth of my second son, I wouldn't have had such an amazing experience without her.

Another helpful resouce is the Rhode Island Birth Network; they have listings for almost every doula as well as massage and chiro.

Massage Therapist--> Massage Envy in Cranston (ask for Stephanie)

Chiropractor--> Dr. Denise Draeger at Scituate Family Chiropractic.  She took care of me and my sciatica thoughtout my pregnancy

I didn't use a doula, but my birth class instructor was phenomenal and she is a doula, Mimi Desjarlais.
