I voted yes and I know I will be (or even believe I should be) in the minority.
BUT, it's kind of an SS. My MIL passed the day after DD was born and Easter was a big huge deal for her. We've spent the holiday with her for the past 5+ years and dyed eggs and got baskets the whole time (my oldest niece is 3).
So, yes, I will do a basket for him, though we'll be sharing since DD will inherit the basket MIL gave me.
I'll put in his favorite candies (truffles, caramel kisses, choco covered pretzels), one bigger thing like a shirt or boxers, and a six-pack of beer.
Yes, I do. I always have. It's fun for me to do, I look forward to it every year. I do all his favorite candy and some kind of gift. One year I did all the seasons of Scrubs, one year it was some hunting magizines and a CD, something I know he would like, or has been wanting.
I also go all out for Valentine's Day, Sweetest Day, Christmas, and Birthdays, and any other holiday. Honestly I do it more for me than him. I love giving gifts and planning it all out. It's fun!

Before we got married my husband would get me an Easter basket, mainly for the candy since I love Easter candy. So the first year we were married I made and hid a HUGE Easter basket for him and surprised him on Easter morning (I made sure I took that day off of work since I left for work at 5:15am). Yeah, he was really surprised and felt super bad because he didn't get me anything. I ate most of his candy in protest We no longer do Easter baskets for each other.
Oh, we were 25 and 24 for our first Easter as a married couple and we'd moved three states away from all our family and friends.

What in the world is Sweetest Day?!
And in response to the OP, Kirky's answer is best. Love it.
We've never exchanged anything for Easter...we call it our holiday off...lol. Especially since we have a LO now our $$ will go into getting his Easter basket and stuff. I do always get DH some peanut butter eggs...they are his fav!

We each have a basket but nothing goes in them other than candy. It's just a way to divide "this is mine and this is yours" and keeps us from stabbing each other over a Reese's PB egg.
I''m a NO vote, but if we were in the UK, or AU/NZ for that matter, he would receive a chocolate easter egg. It's the "thing" over there. And his mother buys him (and me) one. Usually, it's a hollow egg of chocolate, plus a few bars of whatever type of chocolate you got. The above is bournville dark chocolate, but you can also get, for example, a KitKat egg.
Voted yes.. Planning on getting choc easter bunny (for me to eat) and filling a few plastic eggs with puffs. That's about it. Basically we're doing it for a photo op on Easter morning.

Re: Clicky poll: Easter baskets for your SO?
Can I vote hell no?
Ok, thanks.
I do - we always have. I don't know why.
I just get him candy and I ordered some fancy sea salt for him this year.
ZING!
Dude, I was going to make some sort of reference to "my basket" and you beat me to it. I love you for this.
The two men in my life. Oh, and I have a husband too...
