DH and I were going to go with either Grant Alvin of Levi Alvin for our son. The middle name is the only thing that is set in stone as it is in honor of a family member. Recently, however, I've been toying with the name Casey Alvin and I really like it. I know that this has become a unisex name but I still think of it as more of a boyish name. The way I see it Casey = boy, Kasey/Kaycee = girl. Maybe it's just because I've only known male Casey's IRL. What do you ladies think of Casey as a boy's name and the combination of Casey Alvin?

I knew a male Casey and a female Casey growing up and I've always thought it was so terrible that (female) Casey's parents gave her a boy name. (Had a female friend named Charlie and thought the same thing too)
So I see Casey as a boy's name. Reminds me of Casey at the bat (not sure if that person was male or female, but biasly always thought boy)
I think Casey Alvin is just fine too.
I much prefer grant, but yes Casey is a boys name. I know 4 boy Caseys, all spelled this way. The 2 girls spell it Kasey
I LOVE Casey for a boy.
Strongly dislike it for a girl and find it very dated (girl).
My brother is Casey Hunt. If #4 is a boy, he will be Roman Casey.
I think all of your combos sound great though
