Sariyah (sah-rye-ah) Charlotte
I love it but would love to know what other's honest opinions are without having to ask friends and family.
Our little girl will be half Persian and Sariyah is one of the few names I liked. Charlotte was my Godmother's name.
Our last name is four syllables and very "Persian sounding" if that makes sense.
TIA
Re: honest opinions please...
This exactly. I really like it and I love that it has ties to her heritage. I also wouldn't have had any trouble pronouncing it.
ditto. Its a beautiful name
I'm in this camp too.

It is beautiful but I agree that it'll be mispronounced. I'm not familiar with Persian names and depending on your area, many others may not be. Before I read your phonetic key, I assumed it was pronounced: sah-ree-yah
Sariyah (sah-rye-ah) Sounds MUCH better

Really pretty. No prn. problems here
ETA: I do like the Sariah spelling. Like Mariah, with an S.
