Buying LO's shoes online

I think DD hit a growth spurt and is about out of the shoes I bought her just a few months ago.  I found some great deals online, but wasn't sure if I should buy up 1/2 a size or go up a whole size?  Or should I go get her measured again?

I would probably go to get her measured again.  I have at least 2 pairs of shoes that I bought for C a couple months before she really needed them and they ended up being too small when the time came to wear them.  And the spring/summer pair of sneakers she has now keep falling off her feet.  I feel like I can't win with shoes.  Now I am very reluctant to buy shoes that she can't wear right away or try on.
