I think Adeline/Adelyn falls with the "Addy" names that seem to be popular, as well with the _lyn names that have reached peek recently. Will she have 3 in her class? Possible, but with so many different names, unlike 20-30-40 years ago, I do not believe she will have a ton of other girls named this in her class.

Yep, this. Though some are more popular (Addison, Adelyn, Adeline) than others (Adele, Adelaide).
Addy is the new Ellie, I think.
