There's a place in Chelsea that has a a car for LO to sit in while they cut their hair, and they take their picture and print out a certificate. Don't know how far away that is for you.

there's a place in Huntsville called Spoiled Rockin' kidz salon. It's real similar to the other one she described. I don't know where you live though.
