I have to take iron supplents, and I got some pretty gentle ones, but it looks like they've caught up to me. I have colace in 100 mg, but I've seen them in smaller doses at the store.
Am I cool taking the 100 mg? How often do you think? Or should I get a smaller mg so I can take them on a daily basis if 100 is too much?
Of course I can email my Dr. I just thought I'd start here in case its no big deal.
