PInching, hitting, biteing

IS driving me crazy!!! Ds #1 is almost 17 months now and bites me when im holding ds #2, hits me constantly and will pinch me for my attention..i give him plenty of attention as I'm a sahm and barely get anytime to myself. My q is should I start hitting his hand or bum to communicate to him that those things are not ok? %should I ignore him??

We are going through the same thing. It is my opinion that hitting for hitting isn't the best idea. I'm not against a tap on the bottom for something serious but to me the best thing to do is to calmly tell DS that we don't hit/bite/pinch and then set him down or walk away. It is a learning process for them and I have really started to notice positive results. Good luck!
