I am not cycling and have not cycled since my m/c in over a year ago.
I plan on doing a natural FET in June - have an appointment with my RE in two weeks to discuss everything and set up a plan.
Excited to get back into the swing of things!!

Looking into options? Going with two more IUI's with injectables and then onn to IVF. We've considered started the adoption process since it can take years. DH is still on the fence about that one.
2ww? Torture!!! I hate this part. This is my first round of progesterone supps too and I feel brutal. 2 weeks of PMS?

Looking into options? Not now. We changed REs for this IVF since we moved for DH's job. Unfortunately, that means I had to leave my old job with IF coverage. If this IVF doesn't work, I may start looking into adoption.

D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
IVF - May - BFN
6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred

Are you cycling? If AF arrives in time, I will be cycling in April with ER and ET tentatively at the end of April. If AF takes her time, I will probably have to wait to cycle at the end of May.
Sitting out? I sat out for a few months because of cysts and retesting/getting a second opinion with a new RE.
Looking into options? I get to hear the results of my second opinion/retesting with a new RE on Friday. I am doing IVF #3 with my old RE, but if it doesn't work, I hope to cycle with the new RE next.
2ww? I guess. But, I don't really have a shot at being PG.

Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #5: MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #6: (New RE): Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

Are you cycling? / Sitting out? / 2ww? We are still trying on our own as we undergo testing.
Looking into options? Yes (though been told IVF w/ ICSI is our best chance). I just had CD 3 b/w done this morning and have an ultrasound scheduled for Thursday to see if there is potentially any issues with me. H has another SA tomorrow as well as b/w. Our RE is also doing a Sperm DNA Intergrity Assay if I remember correctly.
We're on the sidelines right now, trying to decide if we're moving on to IVF.

I am in the midst of my first IVF cycle. My ER was yesterday and as of this morning we have 3 embryos growing. If they keep developing we will do our ET on Thursday.

Looking into options? We did/are taking a break after IVF#3 to weigh our options. We've since decided to move onto donor sperm as our best option for a healthy take-home baby.
2ww? I wish we could try in between medicated cycles, but unfortunately, we're at such a high risk for m/c, we have to use protection when not cycling. It really sucks!!!

D-IUI #1 was cancelled due to thin lining
We are switching to another clinic (have had too many issue with Columbia), hubby has a new Urologist that specializes in MFI, hubby is also on some new meds (Clomid and Arimidex) and I am starting the whole process over again with our new Fertility clinic (wonderful ... lol) I still feel very positive that this will happen!
We are also using Dr. Turek in San Fransisco for consultation and if a testicular mapping is needed.

Home study approved 5/13, now just waiting...
In the middle of IVF #1- tonight will be my 9th stim. My stimming was slow to start so I called the clinic and the nurse agrees I should order to cover me until Monday's shot (another 7 days) just in case. The pharmacy doesn't deliver on Sunday or Monday otherwise we'd just cover until Saturday. Which, may I add, is incredibly frustrating- especially for someone OOP and trying to limit how much I wind up over-ordering. I could delay reordering but I'm out of ganirelix in 3 shots and I'm tired of dealing with the pharmacy's overnight idiocy.
I'll ask if I can use a different pharmacy if we have to do this again. On the plus side, with pulling the most out of each follistem vial as I can squeeze- I'm actually like two days ahead of my menopur supply at this point!
