Godmother/Godfather Gifts?

I need some rec's ladies, both are very close to DH & I and we want to give them something very special---any ideas???  TIA!!

We got these - https://www.catholicchildrenscompany.com/baptism/godparents/handprintframe.htm for DS's godparents and put  a pic of him in his christening outfit in it. Then we update their pics each time we get them done. We'll probably do something similar for the twins... but they are sharing godparents (and the godfather is the same for all 3 kids) so I'm not sure yet.
