so hungry

I came home from work and had 2 pieces of toast and a glass of milk and I am still hungry. I am afraid if I keep eating I won't want dinner and my husband isn't home. I hope he gets home soon

This seems to be the story of my life lately.  I get so hungry about 4 and don't know how I can possibly wait until dinner, even after I have a banana or something small as a snack.
