My name is Zara

And I absolutely love my name. Yes, I say a lot of, "Sara with a Z." But once I say it once, everyone remembers my name. I have never met another Zara, and I enjoy not being one of 5 of the same name either at work or at school. People also call me Zahra, but I don't care, I will answer to both.

I don't get to worried if people call me Sara if I'm never going to see them again. My daughters name is Taryn. If someone asks her name and I say it and they say, "Karen?" I say yes if I do not know them or will never see them again. It's not worth spelling it or extra effort if the person is just a stranger.

 Just a though, because I saw the thread about the name.

I know a Zara. Rhymes with the name Mara, not Sarah. Hmn.. interesting! Oh, and I've also known a Xera, pronounced "Sara"..  *shrugs* Letters are neat.
