  • Dude!  I totally forgot.  I'll work on it right now since I'm doing nothing but watching basketball.  You're shocked, right?

I'm on it...and I already saw those pics.  Pretty sure Jamaica posted them on hotornot.com.  LOLLLLL!

  • Oh and where you are going out reminds me of 4th Street Live in Louisville.  There's also a Maker's Mark Lounge there.  One time when I was there, this old fat guy bought me and my friends a two rounds of shots and a round of drinks.  Then he gave me a $100 bill.  I found a picture of the two of us the other night, LMAO!

So maybe you'll have something like that happen when you're at the other Maker's Mark Lounge?

  • Oh and remind me - you're wearing jeans out right?  did you say you needed shoes too?

  • I've decided that I would be open to a dress.  I mean, it is spring after all, right??

And, I am not sure what bestie will be wearing.

    I def need shoe inspiration.

whore - she didn't ask your boobie size, she asked about the weather.  WEATHER.  geesh.

  • ok, so here's something I do because I like long tops - I buy cheapy dresses (think Target, F21) and wear them with jeans and heels.  So it's like a cute tunic top.  But I'm taller than you... I do think you could probably get away with it and you could probably wear some of them as a dress, too.  I just am too tall to wear dresses like that because I look like a hooker.  A cheap one.  Not a high priced one.

Anyway, one of the current trends I see everywhere is 70s stuff.  So one suggestion is this dress with jeans as a top or as a dress.  Regardless of dress/top, I'd wear it with wedge heels.  I have these, and what I like about them is that the straw/espadrille part comes up over the heel (very trendy right now).  If you did wear jeans with them, it'd probably need to be flare jeans.  I also would try a wide brown belt with it.

I like this dress for the same idea (70s style w/ wedges).

I like this one (maybe with a long cardigan, if it's cold), or it could be with jeans, again, too.  I'd wear heels with it - probably patent ones.

Something basic, though - like these.

You could also do leggings under a dress if it's cold...I like boots in that situation, knee high, but heels also look good.

Basically right now I'm obsessed w/ buying junior size dresses to wear as long tunic tops, lol.  See, this is listed as a dress, but shown on the model w/ jeans.

  • For the first, I think I'd do wedges, but you could do either, I think.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the second one.

As for boots, something like this look:

I'd maybe go with a closer to knee length boot though.

  • What type of shoes for the second dress??

Okay, that outfit is cute.  I can pull that off!

  • I'd probably wear heels with that one!

  • I like a basic patent pump.  I'm patent obsessed, obviously.  Or a plain peep toe.

I also really like funky shoes... you should probably not ask me for shoe advice, lol.

Like I desperately want these shoes.

  • I love pumps!  I also like brightly colored pumps!!

  • YES.  brightly colored rock.

Ok, so my fave is #3 of all of those, but I really like all of them a lot.  Obvs #3 is the dressiest and I think it'd look hawt with black patent heels.

  • I just need to be on WNTW for my daily life.

Today I am in thrift store jeans, a T, and columbia zip up jacket.  WIth my walmart sneakers.

Okay, thanks for the fashion advice.  I am loving that third dress!

  • no problem.

If it helps, I wore old navy yoga pants and a white shirt today.  :)  I do that too frequently.

I am also super pumped for a wedding now :P

We have a shotgun wedding to go to Easter weekend.  Barf.

  • Shot gun wedding for someone who already had their wedding planned, bought the dress, etc, and then decided to TTC.

Now they have to get married before the dress doesn't fit anymore.  Indifferent

Oh, and I know they are going to do the same 'style' of wedding as I have planned.  LOL.   I call dibs damnit!!

You're going to have to tell me all the supplies to gather when I get married, then the parenting nesties can decorate.   And booze it up!

  • You know, the way that "blow" and "job" lined up, when I glanced, I thought "blow job" was being referred to.  I was saddened when it didn't.

Tomorrow, we can pick out rings.  ha!

Okay, good night!  thanks for the help!
