Daycare recommendations

I'm hoping that someone might be able to point me in the right direction as to finding a quality daycare center for my baby.  This will be our first baby and my husband and I are trying to find a daycare in our area or information on a nannies.  We are currently located on the Eastside of Pittsburgh and any suggestions will be helpful Thanks!

The Pittsburgh Nest board is much more active - the ladies there are quite helpful. I'd post your question there, you should get at least a few suggestions.
