I realized 2 1/2 hours after I'd been at work that I had two different sandals on, 'cause I'm that cool.  They're a similar style and I was in a hurry to get out the door this AM.  Luckily, I had another pair in the car.

Let one of the tires on the van go flat when I knew there is a small leak...on the way to the pediatricians office this am. That was fun.

Set my phone on top of my car and forgot about it. Was driving down the road, heard a thump as it rolled off. Spent half an hour searching through grass on the side of the road looking for it! (low traveled country road)
