The biggest/most popular practice seems to be Town & Country - they're located in the building with the REI near Clybourn/Halstead. Not quite River North, but they have a parking lot - why I'm choosing them over the one in Streeterville!
There are pros/cons to such a big group - you may not see the same doctor consistently; however, they have evening/weekend hours (even Sundays), and they keep sick and healthy children separate. And, of course, they have a parking lot attached to the building.
My gynecologist recommended both Town & Country and Northwestern Children's Practice, as well as several others - ask yours, they probably have a recommended list for you.

Re: Pediatrician in River North area
Thank you! I will check them out. Streeterville would work for us too!
