If anyone close to me knows me...I would never ever pass up a steak. Last night DH made some on the grill, and I couldn't even look at it, smell it, think about it without gaging.... this makes me so sad
And...if this happened to you with your first pregnancy, what did you end up having? We are still team green.
Re: Anyone NOT liking meat right now?
omg!! Meat to me taste even better. DH and I bought a bar-b-que and had our first bar-b-que this weekend. I felt like a HUGE pig I had 2 burgers and 2 sausages for lunch and then we grilled churassco for dinner with corn.
I hope it does not make me gag though. The only food that got me sick was I had last week seafood I had a mah mahi and bang bang shrimp from Bonefish well that same night my belly broke out in a rash and my boobs.
Not touching anymore seafood for the rest of my pregnancy. and I love seafood!!
The thought of a steak right now makes me want to throw up. Totally repulsive. All I've wanted is carbs + cheese and the occasional egg.

Meat looks good to me when cooked but I can't bring myself to eat it. MH made homemade burgers last night, I took two bites and I was done.
I miss meat!
Not a fan right now. Ironically, I can do anything from fast food places (McNuggets, cheeseburgers) but healthy meat is a no-go.
I was like this last time, too, and had a girl.
It depends on the day. When I'm not pg, I love all kinds of meat. In the past two weeks, I've been able to handle 1 cheeseburger, 1 rack of lamb, and 2 dinners with ground turkey. But if I'm not craving it, I have to stay far away!
However, even the thought of chicken or seeing it on a plate near me has me contemplating a dash to the toilet
I'm a starch kinda girl - potatos, mac n cheese, rice, french fries, and any breads. I like meat too thought but I haven't been able to eat any kind of meat for the last several weeks until last night. I ate 2 hot dogs and kept them down - I was happy. It has been an adjustment because it's hard to know what to cook. I feel bad for H because when it comes to eating out he's telling me to pick because my stomach has been so picky. So I pretty much go for a baked potato and a salad.
I stopped cooking for about 6 weeks. lol.
I had the same problem any meat just turned my stomach and especially raw meat that I had to cook *gag*.
I could always eat chicken in small portions but it had to be prepared by someone else.
Now I'm able to stand some meats so I'm starting to get back into the groove of cooking. I've missed it!
