Breast Feeding And In Pain

My 2 week old is getting the hungry horrors, which I understand is a natural effect of him growing and trying to get my breast to produce more for his needs.  My problem is that this is the second day of this madness, and I don't know how much more I can take.  Though he will sleep soundly at night, during the day, he feeds for 2 hours straight, power naps, then feeds again, I don't even have time to pump a substantial amount to store for him. Not only is the demand for more milk exhausting, but it is also killer on my nipples.  Any suggestions?

You could post on the breastfeeding board. I'm sure they have a lot of suggestions
