Have any of you participated in PEPS (program for early parenting support)? What did you think of it? Is it more of a parenting class type thing or a place to meet people?
I am transitioning from being a teacher to a SAHM, and am looking to meet other moms who SAH (all my friends work). I plan to go to one of the orientations but was just curious what other people thought of the program. TIA!
Re: PEPS?
Where are you located? There are some other newborn baby things to go too. I was thinking of doing this next week because other bumpies recommend it:

Our babies are about the same age
My PEPS group was another group that fizzled when the majority of the moms went back to work. I did make a few good friends from the group, so it was worth it, but you should know going into it that some groups click more than others.
