Nalgene, Camelbak, etc. water bottles for LO

Does anyone have a sporting goods type water bottle for LO?  DH and I have Nalgene bottles we use constantly and DS loves drinking out of ours.  In fact, it's one of the only ways I can consistently get him to drink water. He doesn't like drinking water from a sippy, IDK why.  He will drink it from our bottles, from a regular glass, or from a standard water bottle (ice mtn, etc. with the screw cap).  It takes a long time to drink a cup of water when I have to tip the cup for each little sip.  )

I've decided I'm going to hit the stores today and look for a bottle for DS in hopes that he'll drink water on his own from it.  I know I've seen Nalgene and Camelbak bottles for kids at the surplus store.  Does anyone else use these types of bottles and can you give me any pros and cons on them?  I've also thought of trying the little water bottles with sport caps on them (like the ice mt. or nursery water that is tiny for kids).  Any helpful thoughts before I spend a small fortune doing a trail & error on water bottles?  )

DD has two of the little camelbak ones and she LOVES them.  I got her one because she kept stealing mine.    It is the only way to get a lot of water into her.  She'll take a few sips from a sippy but she'll really drink from those.  HTH.

I just bought a kid's Camelbak for DS the other day and he loves it! He loves drinking out of mine, so I wanted to get him one of his own. He CHUGS water out of it! I'll probably get him another so that I don't have to wash this one daily.

I'm sure they're in stores, but I buy almost everything from Amazon.

yep, just got a kids camelbak for our DS. He loves it! (Amazon shopper here as well).

Amazon has them.  I just went out and bought one from the Army surplus/outdoor store here.  I've seen them at other sporting goods stores: Dicks, Cabellas, REI, Erehwon, etc.

We have both.  I don't like the Nalgene one's.  The valve makes them very hard to drink out of.  My 3&5yo's love their camelbak's though, and my 1you loves mine!  I got them at Target.

We got DD 2 Camelbaks at Target (they were in her Christmas stocking )
