Hey all!

Just wanted to indroduce myself. I have an almost 4 month old daughter and I'm due a week before her first birthday with #2. Hope to get some great advice from you guys!! This was a definite surprise but we're still excited!

Congrats!  Mine are exactly 49 weeks apart.  The second was a week and a half early.  Fasten your seat belt, make sure your tray table is a upright and locked position and enjoy the ride!

Congratulations!  Mine are 1 year and 1 day apart.  It is AWESOME!! They love each other so much and really have fun together.  It is challenging, but having two babies, whether 12 months, 16 months, 18 months, etc. apart is always challenging.  Have so much fun!

This! This is exactly what I told my mom yesterday (who is less than thrilledabout baby#2). Thank you for saying that! And thank everyone for their support!

DD1 is an AMAZING baby. She does have several health issues, but she is literally the happiest, most content and easy baby I have ever known. I know I'm probably in for hell from DC2 because of this But DD1 will even it out. I'm a stay at home mom and my husband works nights 3 days a week so I'm sure it will wear on me, but at least DD1 will take naps during the day so I can sleep sometimes when the new baby sleeps! I couldn't imagine entertaining like, a 4 year old and having to be up 24/7 with a newborn lol.

Congrats!    Mine are almost 13 months apart (not quite) and it is WONDERFUL!!!  Not always easy, but not anywhere near as bad as you think it will be.  Best wishes!!!
