coughing = OUCH! anyone else?

I just coughed and got a brief, but sharp pain in my lower belly. Scared the bejeezus out of me! Tell me I'm not alone...???

I've read it's common, but still...scary!

Completely normal ... and yes, awful pain!  Coughing, sneezing, and moving too quickly do me in everytime.  I had it with DS as well.

I get it too. Freaks me out sometimes. Glad to know I'm not alone!

Ooh, I know what you are talking about, I had it last night and the night before, but only got it when I rolled over from my left to my right side. Kinda like a pulled muscle?

I have it when i'm laying down and I sneeze or cough or turn to fast... no fun

I also get it if I laugh too deeply.  That was scary the first time I did that.
