    The only person I've ever known with this name became a stripper. Sadly, that's what I associate this name with now.

    I'm not really a fan.  Kate Hudson is playing a Darcy in "Something Borrowed" so who knows, it could become used slightly more.

    I think of Mr. Darcy from P&P. The name doesn't sound complete without the mister due to the association.

    I love this name.

    There is a really famous ballerina by this name, she is graceful and beautiful and this name makes me think of someone beautiful, graceful, captivating, and happy.   hope you use ths name, it is lovely.

    Same thing here- I love the name - I knew a really sweet girl named Darcy and I've always had a good association with teh name.  It was on my list but dh rejected it.

    3 IUI's and 2 IVF's later- Brady arrived. Born at 36 weeks after PUPPS and pre-e/HELLP.
    IUI- BFN IVF #1 -BFP! Allie is our 2nd IVF baby. Born at 36 1/2 weeks after pre-e again

    I can't get past Mr Darcy. *Swoon*

    I would have a hard time seeing it used on a girl for that reason.
