Weirdest thing someone has said to you about your PG?

People often feel the need to say the most inappropriate or outlandish things (without even being asked) about your pregnancy. We're curious, what's the weirdest thing someone has said to you about your physical appearance?

a patient told me that I was having a boy because my ass was so big. it was the first time they had every met/seen me.  I also had barely gained any weight so I was definately insulted by it.

"37 week babies are the best. You should have one of those."

I think she cursed me because I went into labor within 24 hours and had a 36 weeker. And I, personally, think full term babies are the best so I wasn't thrilled that LO showed up early (although she only spent 3 days in the NICU and is doing great, I wanted her to cook until she was truly ready!)

Whenever I told someone that I was having a c-section on December 22 people would say "what a horrible birthday to have" and "why didn't you pick a better month to get pregnant?" and "December birthdays are the worst"

O gosh...where do u start!!!??  LOL I really couldn't stand a lady that is my MILs friend & she kept telling me that im having a girl over & over again when we had already had our ultrasound & it was very clear to us & the tech that we were having a boy..but she said she knew i was having a girl b/c of how i was carrying him & that i wasn't sick all the time b/c thats how she was when she had her daughter...OMG that lady just makes me want to punch her in the face!!!  She's sooooooooooooooooooooooo annoying.  She still tries to tell me that i'm eating the wrong things b/c DS is gassy.  (DS has been gassy from the get go).

They do have their drawbacks... take it from me. But then again because my b-day is so close to xmas, everyone remembers it

 

The funniest thing I had said to me was from one of the youth in our church when she saw me at the swimming pool. I had just finished doing my laps, & was headed into the change room. She said to me "are you swimming? You can't go swimming, you'll drown the baby!" So I explained to the 12yr old girl (that I assume has taken sex ed already) that the baby can't drown. ha ha.
