I have mine set to "hide topics I've read" and "show all". I always remember to click "mark all read" if there are any posts I don't read so they hide.

Hope this helps

PAIF and SAIF welcome. IVF questions welcome, too.
i also make sure to set the board to show posts by last post date so the most recent replies are at the top. To see if anyone has replied after me on a post, i can scan down the right column until I see my name as the most recent poster and then I know all posts above that were posted on after me.

Re: Keeping track of your posts
On your account page you can click on "Posts I'm watching" or something like that. That will help keep you organized a bit.
WW means "week wait" as in 2WW means Two Week Wait.
Hope that helps!
