Formula Question

in Babies: 3 - 6 Months
My baby is on Enfamil Newborn formula and I have the Lipil also.  I was going to try and switch her to the Lipil.  do you think I should do half and half or just do the whole bottle Lipil???? When she was born we did Lipil but she was really gassy so we switched her to the newborn and she was a whole different baby.   Now I want to try the Lipil again.  What do you guys think???

    That was EXACTLY what happend to me. I tried to switch her back to the Lipil at 4 months and again we had gas problem, etc. Tried the gentlease -- lots of spit up, diarrhea -- not for us.

    So then I asked my pedi and we looked up the formulas -- the only difference between the newborn and the other varieties is that newborn has a little more vitamin D in it.  It's all the same other nutrients, caloric content, etc. So since she was on Vit D supplements anyway, we decided to just keep her on teh newborn, because it works.
