Rash and Strep connection?

Grace was exposed to strep throat on Sunday.  She has broken out in a rash all over her chest, back and shoulders.  My babysitter said it looks like heat rash, but she wasn't sure.  She was going to strip her down and see if it goes away.  She doesn't have a fever and she isn't acting like she feels bad.

Would there be a connection to strep throat?  I have a call into the doctor for an appointment. I just curious to see what y'all thought.

    You can get a rash with a strep infection. So, it is possible.

    Yes!  Strep throat and scarlett fever rash go hand in hand.  We've had it twice!  Keep an eye out for a fever and give it a day.  Or if you can, you can go in for a strep test.  Takes 8 minutes :D  GL!
