1) What time does LO go to bed? 7:00

2) What time does LO get up (and how many hours sleep is that?)? 6:30 (around 11 hrs)

3) Was this time implemented by you, or is s/he simply ready then? Implemented by me.  I'm sure he'd like to stay up later but I know he's tierd and is ready by then.

4) What time is LO's nap? 1:00ish

5) How long is LO's nap? 2-3 hrs

- we put her to bed between 7:30-8:00 but i hear her banging around in there for at least 30 minutes, sometimes an hour, before she finally falls asleep.

2) What time does LO get up (and how many hours sleep is that?)?
- between 6:30-7:00 (about 10.5 hours)

- us. she'd probably go to bed later if we let her.

3) Was this time implemented by you, or is s/he simply ready then? Probably both.  He could probably stay up later though.  I think we might try 8pm soon.

4) What time is LO's nap? 2pm unless he wakes up early, then earlier.

5) How long is LO's nap? Varies, but usually 2 hours, sometimes 3.

1) What time does LO go to bed? Between 7:45-8:30.  That's when I put him in his crib.  Then I hear him banging around there somenights for 30 minutes.

2) What time does LO get up (and how many hours sleep is that?)? Sometimes 7:30, sometimes 8:30.   On school days I get him up by 7:45 so he can have breakfast and be out the door by 8:30.

3) Was this time implemented by you, or is s/he simply ready then?  Implemented by me.  I like to have some downtime in the evenings.

4) What time is LO's nap? Naps are a crapshoot these days.   But on a good day.  It's 1:30/2:00

5) How long is LO's nap? Again on a good day 2/2.5 hours.

He used to go to bed at 730, but then he laid in bed talking to himself, never really sleeping before 9. 830 seems like the magic time, he goes to sleep within 10 minutes

Naps are starting to evolve and can vary widely. Today, he napped 11 to 2, but yesterday he napped 230 to 330. Naps have always been our issue

a hour is average, every now and then (like if he is coming down with a cold, he might sleep 2 hours. But he sleeps 11 hours every night, so I am not that worried

1) What time does LO go to bed?  Bedtime starts at 8 pm, she's in bed (and usually asleep) by 8:30 pm.

2) What time does LO get up (and how many hours sleep is that?)? the very earliest she gets out of bed is 7 am.  She usually isn't awake by then, more like 7:30.  So 11 hours?

3) Was this time implemented by you, or is s/he simply ready then? Since birth, we've started the bedtime routine at 8 pm.  When she was younger, she woke up around 4:30, and it gradually got later.  Once I sleep trained her, I started pushing back the time I'd actually get her out of bed.  Now, if she wakes before 7, she talks to herself until 7.  If she sleeps past 7, when she wakes up, I get her.

4) What time is LO's nap? right after lunch.  12:30 ish.

5) How long is LO's nap? somewhere between 2-3 hours normally.

3) Was this time implemented by you, or is s/he simply ready then? it seemed like a good time for him, especially since he can sleep in if he wants to.
