Haven't used it, although overall I've been unhappy with Shark products. I feel like their vacuums last for a year, then crash. Maybe the steam mop would be better because it doesn't have to suck, it just steams. Let me know what you think if you do get it!

I have it. Other than having to refill it a couple of times while cleaning (although we have hardwood or tile everywhere except the bedrooms) it works great! Before I used the Swiffer wet and it would leave streaks and never make the floor look clean. The first time I used the Shark I made DH come look at how clean the hall looked with no footprints or streaks in it!
The cloth thing velcros to the bottom, when you are done you just take it off and toss it in the washer.

I lurve Shark stuff. I had a stick vac forever and it was great. I think people are in one camp or the other with them.
I got the Steam and Vac for Christmas. It works ok. In the heavily soiled areas (i.e. under the kitchen table) it leaves the spots and some streaks, but the other places I'm happy with it.
I like streamers that have a trigger instead of having to pump the handle. My bissle steamer had one and I was really happy with it until I broke it from dropping it. Now I have a Wagner one and love it even more because of all of the attachment pieces I can clean the whole house with it. And it gets hot enough to sanitize (200+ degrees), which upon research I found out the the shark and others only get up to 100 or so degrees.
I'm actually planning on getting the vac and steam mop this week. It's on sale at Kohls for $149 plus I have a 30% off coupon and a $10 gift card. It will cost $95. I've heard great things and the thought of never having to sweep my dining room floor again makes me all tingly in my married spot.

True. My mom has one of their vacs, and as much as I tried to dissuade her, she bought it anyways. Still works 3 years later, and she's very happy.
If we had more noncarpet here, I would want to steam clean the floors. Carpet everywhere in CO, but NY floors are cork and I used to wash them with boiling water and vinegar or murphys oil soap... I loved when I put the time and energy because they always looked so beautiful. But it was PITA, so it was only done a few times a year!

Oh and I think the cloth ones can be washed but you have to replace them every couple of months. The bissle and wagner ones have reusable cloths you can just toss in the wash.
