I'm so surprised nobody mentioned the discussion while Karev was getting yelled at....it hit home. I can't recall the exact words but the jist was...."how can you get a woman to tear their body apart....tell them they will have a baby at the end" I thought hmmm so true. We will go to the end of the earth to get have the positive outcome.

Somehow I skimmed right over that, but Callie's story ticked me off a little. I was a little bitter and *may* have said something like, "oh poor pitiful you...getting knocked up by accident and not being able to drink coffee!".

That may have been something I said.

I had to pause while I sobbed during that. My delivery was awful and I knew what the outcome would be. I had to push for 9 hours because Cal was stuck. The MFM had to essentially tear him from my body finally. That convo was way too close to home for me.

Sorry if that was too much.

I cried during that part - of course the women who lose the baby name was Jackie - and my name is Jackie - it was just so sad.
