Chicken jello for dinner.

I made chicken noodle soup yesterday, including making my own chicken stock since it was a special occasion. 

I just got the leftovers out of the fridge to heat up for dinner tonight and the entire pot of soup was one big hunk of gelatin with meat, noodles, and veggies suspended in it. It looked absolutely disgusting. 

The chicken Jello turned back into liquid as soon as it started to warm but I really can't even begin to describe how revolting it looked while still cold.

yeah, that happens every time I make chicken soup.  So gross.  But it tastes delicious.

But it will be delicious. The more gelatin, the better quality the stock.

That is gross.  I had the same thing with a crock pot chicken I made to feed DS a couple of days ago.  I put it in the fridge to cool before deboneing it.  Yuck.
