Resident Dr.Dumbass

"She might have baterial meningits and die" is what she told us after she tested positive for meningits.  Sweetie, there is a much better way to put it and then it is not ok to ask what's wrong after you tell a parent that and then say "well I had to be honest"   thank god for the attending dr who was better at phrasing things.

    It was a woman!  When I told the attending how tactful she was he wrote her up.  she wasn't a pedi er resident apperently.   I guess they have to do rotations, she was/ is in surgery department.
