16 weeks post partum, not having the best month due to the whole tooth thing and a little depression. However, Lauren has only gotten up one time the last 3 nights, and that has made me very very happy :-)
The gap in my mouth isn't very noticeable. The procedure yesterday was really rough. It didn't hurt so much but it was just awful nonetheless and when I got in the car I just lost it for a little while. Then I remembered I used to lose teeth all the time as a kid, and maybe this wouldn't be so different.
Matt and I have our first date since Lauren was born. Literally the first time we've been without one or both of the kids in 4 months! We're going to the skyline club, I cannot wait!!!
Even with great insurance coverage, this tooth will end up costing close to 2K when all is said and done. I feel really bad about that, because we could do better things with that money. That said, i am not sure what I could have done to prevent this either.
1. Where and how? Maya = 18m 2w 1d, Ben = 5d. Today was my due date. I am so lucky to have kiddos that like to come just a few days early Things are going great. I am pretty close to back to normal except for the baby pudge that makes me look ~20 weeks pregnant and the obvious lack of sleep that is showing up under my eyes.
2. Weekend plans? A couple of visitors but nothing else. I plan on hanging out topless and working on BFing (which is getting incrementally better...)
3. What are you currently saving money for? And if you're not saving, what are you spending a lot of your money on? We'll be in money-going-out mode for a few months while I am on maternity leave since Shawn SAH but after I am back to work, our next bigger thing to save for is our 5 year anniversary trip.
Re: Friday check-in
1. AF is visiting.
2. working all weekend.
3. Saving just to save. Trying to build our money market back to a certain $ amount.
