We're switching day cares later this month and we'll now be able to CD during the day. Woohoo for less blowouts!
How many diapers do you send each day? What do you send them in and bring them home in? Do you supply anything else like a separate container to keep the dirty ones in?
Re: CDing at day care
Eli is PT now, but when we CD'd at DC, we would send about 8 on a Monday and then 5-6 the rest of the week (which they were able to tell me how many he typically used in a day). They would keep the extras on hand until Fridays, when they sent them home. We did get the throwaway liners (WalMart online was super cheap on them) and we would just stuff and take a roll of liners in for them to use there. That way if it was poo they would toss most of it, less washing off of dried on poo at night for me. Worked great for us. They provided the pail, but I did provide a clean wet bag everyday for them to keep the dirties in. They only asked that I provide one with a handle or loop to hang it up with.
ETA: We sent them in the clean wet bag in the AM, then picked them up in the dirty wet bag in the PM. I just made my own since I sew, but you can buy them too. Just google wet bags and you will find some other options. I know of a few others who bought wet bags from other locations on here too, so I am sure they can give you recommendations for who to buy from, since I never did buy one.

I send 5 diapers a day plus the one she's wearing. I also keep a stack of disposables there - she wears a sposie at nap time, and in case she has a remarkable number of diaper changes on any given day.
I put them in her daycare diaper bag every morning and the teacher takes them out as needed. KY law requires that all dirty cloth diapers be stored in a plastic container with a lid - I keep a wetbag in the plastic bin and that's what we bring them home in.
We CD at the sitter's house and I send enough for a diaper change every two hours while I am gone. I also make sure she has a small bag of sposies for back-up.
I send the diapers in a diaper bag and I send my large sized wetbag. She puts the diapers in the wetbag and I usually take all diapers home at the end of the day even if they were not used.
It's just easier for me to pack up again for the next day if i don't have to remember how many were left at her house. Now, I have two in cloth, yikes. The bag is stuffed every morning.

Thank you ladies! DD is the first baby they've CD'd in a while and so we're trying to figure out what works best for us and the center and with OH's regulations.
I think putting the wet bag in their container makes the most sense. I have couple small wet bags, but I probably need to get a couple bigger ones. And the liners are a good idea. Was there a liner you felt worked best MrsMoher?
