What is your favorite thing at Carrabba's?

We have not been there in like 5 years and are thinking of going for dinner.  I am looking for recommendations, only thing I don't like is fish. TIA!

Okay so I'm skipping ahead, but you have to get dessert there...they have vanilla ice cream with candied pecans and caramel that is OH YES good.  I forget the name of it, but that is my recommendation

Pasta- Weesie with the Mediterranean salad. MMMmmmm!

ETA: This is a shrimp dish. . .do you like shrimp? It may come with chicken or shrimp, I always order it with shrimp.

Pasta Weesie is my favorite too! DH always gets spaghetti w/meatballs. Enjoy your dinner!

Well... I LOVE LOVE LOVE the calamari appetizer there! And the ice cream dessert mentioned above.

Ok, I got Chicken Bryan and for dessert we split the special dessert, Apple Crostata.  It was fabulous and we will not wait five years to go back!

I know you don't like fish, but give the mussels a try. They are awesome! Entree-wise, they have a chicken dish with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and a butter sauce that is terrific!

Sorry, and I may be late on this, but I wouldn't go.  I just got food poisoning from the one by me.  Used to love it there, will never be able to eat there again!

Eek, what did you eat?  How long until you had symptoms?  What were your symptoms?  I am a food scientist, so I am always super curious about food poisoning.

I had the parmesan crusted chicken with some dipping sauce. I think it was the dipping sauce that did it, something creamy pepperish...It occurred about 1 hour after.  It was the worst I've felt in a long time.  I have an iron stomach, I don't "puke."  I did, for days, after this bout of food poisoning!

Wow, one hour is fast.  In that case you would have had to ingest the toxin and not the actual bacteria.  My guess is a bad case of Staph aureus.  Sorry you got sick, it is awful!
