Prometrium in 1st tri?

Did anyone here take it? ?I never had a progesterone test with DD, but with this baby, I'm at 11.1 at around 7-8 weeks and they suggested it. ?Just wanted to see if anyone had any experiences. ?I'm nervous about taking anything, I try to stay as drug free during pregnancy as I can.

I did, I had a previous m/c and my dr put me on it as a precaution.  I didn't have any problems at all.  The only thing was that it made me VERY tired.  I had to go to bed right after taking it.

I did. It made me tired and dizzy.  That's about it.

I took it with my previous two pregnancies. ?I don't remember any side effects. ?I was tired, but I attributed that to being pregnant. ?I'm just as tired this pregnancy, and I'm not taking it this time.

I took it with my first preg and am taking it now.  It can make you tired/dizzy.  Just take it right before bed.

Thanks guys, they did warn me about the dizzy part. ?I'm sooooo sick now, I'm dreading it getting any worse. ?At least it is only for a few weeks
