OK so I got a BFP this past Monday. So I went and got my blood drawn that same morning. I have not been able to get my results or more blood drawn until today due to the fact that the office was closed due to the snow.
So they called this morning and my HCG level was 17. Im not sure if I was 10 or 11 DPO due to the fact that I got 2 positve OPT for 2 days straight.
I have been taking HPT all week. THe first one on Monday was FRER and it was pretty faint. I had been taking cheapies from Amazon the rest of the week, all positive. I took another FRER this morning and it is way darker. As dark as the control line. Due to the fact that I only had 2 FRER I wanted to wait a bit longer.
It just worries me becasue I had a chemical pregnancy last month. She said that number is low but it was still early. Anyone else have this number?
Praying this LO keeps growing!!!
Re: Help- HCG level at 10 or 11 DPO
It sounds pretty normal, I think you can relax! With my son I got a + at 8 DPO, had blood work at 9 DPO and it was like 8. HA! The nurse said I must have conceived, like, yesterday. LOL This time I had my first draw at 12 DPO and it was 59, then 15 DPO yesterday it was 353. Really, all that matters is that it's rising as it should. Each of us (and each time we get pg) the embryo implants at different times, so that's why some women get early tests and some don't. GL and congrats!!
Anything over 5 is pregnant so I dont think your number is too low considering where you are.
Also, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but they're not so much looking at specific numbers but that those numbers at least are doubling over 48-72 hours. Are they having you come in again for blood work?

With my first, my beta was 68 at 15DPO. Assuming that it doubled from 48 hours before that (13DPO) and from 48 hours before that (11DPO), it would have been 17. Worked out fine!! 10-11DPO is VERY early to be getting a beta. You'll get much more conclusive info in 4-6 days.
